Q: What services do you provide?
A: We do graphic design, photography, videography, web design, and UX design.
Q: How do consultations work?
A: We do consultations free of charge. Please contact us in order to set up a time frame for the face to face visit.
Q: How can I make a payment?
A: Go to "Make A Payment" (any and all payments made on the website are secured through Square.)
People with a smart phone can download an app called "Cash App". Once you have made an account, add us at "info@kx-media.com" and make transfers for free.
We also accept cash transactions.
NO CHECKS WITHOUT PRE-APPROVAL.
Q: What is included in the price?
A: All video products include:
An online link to either our website or YouTube.
A physical DVD including a short 3-4 min recap (summary) video including additional unedited footage from the event.
All photo products include:
An online link to our website
A physical DVD including all edited pictures or USB drive.
Editing is included in the price of all products.
Q: When will my product be finished?
A: All products will be finished within ten (10) business days unless specified otherwise.
If you would like products to be finished within 24-48 hours, there is an express fee of $75.00.

Q: Are you able to take short-notice bookings for photography & video?
A: Yes, we do take short-notice bookings. Please be aware that there is an additional fee will be added to the booking & must be paid in full. Any bookings within three (3) days or less of the booking date will add the fee.
